Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • It must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at info@rosybag.com.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Delivery to ParcelShops / Lockers

If your order is delivered to a ParcelShop, locker, or pickup point, it is considered successfully delivered once it is made available for collection by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details

  • Collecting the parcel within the carrier’s holding period

Orders that are not collected, returned by the carrier, or affected by incorrect address details are not eligible for refunds.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We must be notified as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not apply to uncollected ParcelShop/locker deliveries or incorrect address issues.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund
